Batch scanning, barcode scanning, and indexing while scanning are all easy within The Filer. If you have massive paper files that need to be scanned, The Filer has all the tools you need. If your workflow requires all new documents to be scanned as they are received, The Filer has all the tools you need.

Security is complete. Administrative, Office or Public level security may be assigned to each user that logs on to The Filer. In addition, their security level may be defined at Office level for one office, while being defined as Public level for another. Example: Personnel may be allowed to update documents within their own office, while being allowed to only view documents in another.

The Filer is more advanced. The Filer is more than a document imaging application. The Filer will index any file type recognized by your PC, including MS Word, MS Excel, Video, Audio, Maps, Color Pictures, PDFs, and other. All digital files for a particular index, regardless of type, are stored in one place.

Whenever The Filer stores a file, it stores a current copy of the original. A “backup” copy has been created. Should the original be lost, it may be recovered from the copy stored within The Filer.
